OGT DAILY Day Three Hundred and Four PERUVIAN FOOD

I am watching Anthony Bourdain on a visit to the Julia Child of Peru where ceviche is the national dish.  All the while I still need to sip chicken broth for my poor belly.   Ceviche, lime juice, avocado.  I'm ready to go!

When I'm feeling better I'll head to Flor de Mayo the Chinese Peruvian restaurant on Columbas Avenue at 84th Street.   Their shrimp soup!

Some day maybe I'll have it in Quito.
